IS THIS FOR YOU?

You have a podcast.

Now what do you do with it?

You're showing up. You're recording. You're hitting publish. But somewhere between the episode going live and the next one dropping, it feels like all that work disappears into the void.

You're not doing anything wrong. You just don't have a system.

Summer Skool: The Podcast Klass is for the podcaster who's already in it and ready to treat their show like the content engine it actually is.

- You've recorded at least a few episodes and want more traction from your content

- You feel like you're working hard but your episodes aren't going far enough

- You start from scratch every time you sit down to promote an episode

- You know your podcast is bigger than just audio, you just don't know what to do next

- You're ready to show up with consistency, confidence, and a real production process behind you

"

You'll leave with a repeatable system, a shifted mindset about what your podcast is truly capable of, and the confidence to show up like the professional podcaster you already are.

WHAT WE COVER

Two hours.

One system.

Everything changes.

01

The Mindset Shift

Your podcast is not just an audio file, it's a content ecosystem. We start by reframing how you see what you already have, because the system only works when your mind is aligned.

02

The System

Meet The Episode Ecosystem: a multi-phase production and episode framework that turns every episode you record into weeks of intentional, strategic content.

03

Phase Walkthrough

We go through each phase together using real examples from Natasha's own episodes, so you can see exactly how the system works before you apply it to your own show.

04

Build Your Own Ecosystem

You'll map the framework onto one of your own episodes in real time. You're not leaving with theory, you're leaving with a working plan for your next drop.

05

Confidence Corner

We get honest about the real reasons podcasters stay small: inconsistency, comparison, perfectionism and how having a real system solves all three.

06

The Reveal

One student gets signed to the Tot Spot Network. The winner is announced live at the end of class.

One student gets signed to the Tot Spot Network!

Every registered student has the opportunity to submit a pitch for a Tot Spot Network signing, which includes the virtual recording, editing and production of four podcast episodes by Natasha & her team.

This isn't a giveaway. It's an opportunity for the right person with the right vision to get the infrastructure behind their show that most podcasters spend years trying to build on their own.

How it works: After you register, you'll receive a pitch submission form. Submit your podcast concept, your why, and where you are in your journey. Pitches are reviewed before class. The winner is announced live at the end of the session and later on social media.

YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Natasha Weston

Natasha is a bestselling author, podcast host and the founder of Tot Spot Media. For nearly a decade, she's built a podcast ecosystem that extends far beyond audio: into community, brand, and business.

In 2016 she launched her first podcast, Table Talk with Tottie. Eight seasons. 100 episodes. Retired in 2023, on her own terms. Over the years, she has since helped her to clients create and launch their own podcasts, building systems behind the scenes that actually work. In 2024 she launched her second podcast, Closed for Maintenance, and continues to build.

Summer Skool: The Podcast Klass isn't just another podcasting course...it's the system Natasha actually uses, documented in real time, and now being taught for the first time.

Do I need to have an established podcast to join?

You should have at least a few episodes recorded or published. This class is designed for podcasters who are already in motion and want a system to maximize what they are already creating. That said, if you're just getting started, you're still welcome. The framework will be ready and waiting when you are.

What platform will we meet on?

Class details including the virtual meeting link will be sent to you after registration prior to the class date.

How does the Tot Spot Network signing work?

After registering, you'll receive a pitch submission form. Submit your podcast and/or podcast concept and your why before class. The winner is announced live at the end of the class on June 27th.

Is there a refund policy?

All sales are final. Given the intimate size of this cohort, seats are non-transferrable and non-refundable.

Will there be a recording?

This is a live, intimate experience and that's intentional. The recording will not be available publicly. Registered students will receive details about a recording option upon registration.
