Once a month we get on a call and just figure out life together. Sometimes I open with something honest from my own life. Sometimes a question gets thrown to the group first. Sometimes someone just needs to say something out loud. However it starts...we go there. About 30-35 minutes.
 
This is not a Bible study. It's not a coaching call. It's not a program to follow or a course to complete. It's just a place to do life among people who get it: career, faith, the messy middle of figuring out who you are and where you're going.
