Refund Policy for Digital Products

Thanks for purchasing our products at NatashaWeston.com operated by TOT SPOT MEDIA LLC.

Due to the nature of these products, all sales on digital products (ie: e-books, webinars, digital classes, etc) are FINAL for purchases made on our website.

Refund Policy for Physical Products

We ONLY issue refunds on damaged items. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase.

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping Policies for Physical Products (Books & Planners)

Shipment processing time

 

All books & planners are processed within 5-7 business days unless specified the item(s) are only available for pre-order. In all cases, orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

NatashaWeston.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

 

NatashaWeston.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

 

Shipping Policies for Merchandise (Apparel, Mugs, Frames, Phone Cases, Pillows)

 

Shipping for merchandise usually takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 3–4 business days

  • Europe: 6–8 business days

  • Australia: 2–14 business days

  • Japan: 4–8 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days


[Covid-19] When will I get my order?


Our fulfillment times [Apparel, Mugs, Frames, Phone Cases, Pillows] may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

  • Ask your local post office if they have your package

  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
    If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at hello@natashaweston.com with your order number.

  • If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
